The Walter Collection is a series of mouth-blown crystal glassware inspired by the Art Deco era and old New York City bars. The collection consists of six glasses and one carafe, with each piece based on a familiar glassware form and given its own proportions and details. A rounded oval ornament runs throughout the collection, used as a foot on the non-stemmed glasses and as a detail between the bottom of the bowl on the stemmed glasses. The Tumbler and Rocks are made to be stackable, while the stemmed glasses vary in height, bowl shape and proportion. The repeated ornament ties the different forms together, while its position changes with the shape and function of each piece.
