FormaHolmegaard
Forma is a glass collection, built around the relationship between geometric shapes and solid glass. Drawing on the Bauhaus movement, the series combines cubes, spheres and cylinders into a series of sculptural forms, where each shape meets and merges with the next. The collection consists of vases, bowls and drinking glasses, all made from machine-pressed glass with a distinct weight and tactile quality. The clean lines and substantial proportions give the pieces a strong architectural presence, whether used for serving, displaying flowers or simply left on their own. Across the collection, the interplay of geometry and material ties the different pieces together as one family. Designed toghter with Linnea Ek Blæhr.
