Canteen is a cutlery series inspired by ancient architecture and traditional building methods. Each handle is shaped as a fluted column, with parallel grooves running along its length and gathering at the neck, where the head of the piece takes over. The series consists of a fork, knife, table spoon, dessert fork and tea spoon, each sharing the same structure while the head changes with its function. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, with knife blades in SS420 steel to hold a sharp edge, the cutlery is simple and sturdy, and comes in a polished or brushed finish. The repeated column ties the pieces together as one family.
